The Property Industry’s Annual Team Go-Kart Race

Join Daytona, the Cowell Group, London & District, and many other property stakeholders for the 2026 Property Pro Kart Challenge. In its 29th year, the annual industry networking event returns to Daytona Milton Keynes on 11-12th September 2025.

With up to 34 teams in contention, it promises to be another spectacular race on our famous 1,360 metre track.

50mph top-speed.

Race Format:

• 100 minutes practice
• 6 hour Endurance Race
• F1 Pitstop Challenge

Price per team: £2,000 + VAT
